This Marinated Flank Steak Recipe Was So Good! I Had To Blog About It!

I’ve received notes from a few followers wondering if I’m withering away on protein.  The answer is, no, not at all! I’ve been enjoying fantastic tasty foods that I truly look forward to eating daily. Shrimp, steak, cheeseburgers, bacon, sausage, pimento cheese, olives with cheese, and the list just goes on and on.

Marinated Flank Steak has been my favorite since 2007 when Tony and I were on the South Beach Diet –It is marinated in vinegar, capers, oregano, garlic, and onion and has a great flavor that pairs deliciously well with cauliflower mashed potatoes! If you haven’t tried it, you should!  You can find the recipe in Dr. Agatston’s Book, The South Beach Diet, which you can find in the Book Nook or on my Pinterest page.  Let me know how you like it!

Oh, and the only thing better than flank steak for dinner is the leftovers you’ll have for lunch the next day!
